The front door on the first floor leads you into the hallway, the central point of the property. At the end of the hallway you come in the spacious living room with air conditioning (warm/cold) and direct access to the partially covered terrace with views over the golf course.. The terrace offers ample space for Alfresco dining.

The fully equipped kitchen at the front of the hallway has a sliding door and a glass door leading to the covered utility area where the 100 litre+ hot water tank, the connection for the washing machine and storage cupboard are. Between the kitchen and the living room you find the cloakroom.

The internal stairs in the hallway leads to the top floor where you can find 3 spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bath. From the master bedroom you also have access to the big terrace with ample space for private sunbathing or as a additional dining area . The terrace offers .beautiful views on the golf course and the surroundings with the mountains in the background and breath taking sunsets over the mountains. This floor is completed with a family bathroom with bath.

'Los Almendros' is a well kept enclosed urbanisation within the Valle del Este Golf Resort with a communal swimming pool and parking spaces. The property has its own allocated parking space which is included in the price.

From Valle del Este it's only a short drive to the access to the A-7 motorway and into the town of Vera. The beach at Vera Playa takes only a 15 minutes drive.

Valle del Este offers great facilities such as a luxury hotel, an 18-hole Championship golf course, golf club, pro shop, superb driving range, a chipping area and a large practice putting area. The hotel offers a fitness club and spa treatment centre. Valle del Este also has a Commercial centre with bars, restaurants, shops and their own popular beach club called Maraú on Vera Playa that is just 15 minutes' drive away.

Also with its nature trails and wildlife, miles of tracks for mountain biking and walking. The resort is popular with Spanish and International visitors/residents alike. Garrucha - renowned for its fresh fish, Vera town and the pristine beaches with beach bars and restaurants, as well as Vera Aqua Park are only 15 minutes away. The lovely Moorish geranium-clad village of Mojacar Pueblo and popular Mojacar Playa is approx. 20 minutes' drive. Flavours of Spain are everywhere! The villa is just 40 minutes from Almeria airport.

The Valle Del Este golf course is one of the main attractions of the area. A tough, but fair, 18 holes, hugging the terrain with water features wonderful fairways and international standard greens. Teams fly in from afar. Scandinavians for example love playing here because of the excellent year round climate. Another superb golf club is the famous Desert Springs course positioned within an easy drive.

Booking for the golf at Valle de Este is extremely well organised via a fabulous, brilliantly stocked English speaking Pro Shop. There are plenty of electric buggies, and various clubs/associations to join with discounted rates.
